If we get it, we send you photos and you pay the rest: our fee, shipping, and import duty and VAT. If we cannot get it, we refund the item price in full.

Once we receive your payment, we ship the item to you.

Our fee depends on the type of item. Quotes on WhatsApp are free.

- International shipping (usually 5–10 business days by EMS or courier)
- Import duty and VAT in your country (in the UAE, usually 5% duty and 5% VAT)
Where we send
The UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and other countries in the Middle East. Import rules differ by country, so we check them for your item before you pay.
What we cannot send
- Items with pork or alcohol
- Figures or illustrations with revealing or adult content
- Copies or unofficial goods
- Anything not allowed into your country
Questions
Can you get items sold only at events in Japan?
Sometimes. Limited items sell out fast or are sold by lottery, so we cannot promise every item, but we will tell you honestly what is possible.
How long does it take?
Usually one to two weeks from purchase to delivery, depending on the item and your country.
Do you send to Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Saudi Arabia has stricter import rules, so we check your item first.
What happens if you cannot buy the item?
We refund the item price you paid in full. If the item costs less than the amount you paid us, we put the difference towards the rest of your payment.
Is the quote free?
Yes. Send us a photo or link on WhatsApp, and we will tell you whether we can buy it and the full price, at no cost.
